Always inclusive, always empowering, we create a fusion of original hand-painted prints and timeless silhouettes to flatter every woman, irrespective of age, season, size, nationality or time of day.We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join the team at RIXO to help us transform how we use data and improve decision- making across the business. You’ll be working collaboratively across the business, improving access to data and producing actionable & engaging insights for our teams. This role will grow with the business and have the potential to turn into a Data Lead or an Analytics Engineer.What you’ll be doing:
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to help them select, create and analyse the data they need to make strategic decisions using Looker and other modern analytics tools
- Building, auditing and refactoring Looks and Dashboards
- Digging into the root cause of reporting issues & providing actionable steps to resolve reporting issues
- Developing best-in-class analytical solutions to increase the shared knowledge base of the company
- Interpreting and visualising your analysis of company data – using data visualisation to talk internal and external stakeholders through your findings and recommendations
- Being the internal expert on Looker, giving internal trainings and support where needed
- Developing best practices in Looker development and help create templates for other team members to use
- Helping to foster a data-led culture internally
Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Looker, SQL and working with a cloud data warehouse (ideally Google BigQuery, or if not then AWS Redshift or Snowflake)
- Bonus points would be experience in NetSuite, Shopify, dbt, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Stitch, Looker Studio
- Knowledge of ecommerce, retail and digital marketing
- A high level of data numeracy and attention to detail
