Your Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start-up as a Data Analyst reporting directly to our Chief Technology Office (CTO). At Ryde, we move fast. You’ll be collaborating with talented industry specialists, tackling complex problems and creating genuinely meaningful impact across the entire business.
RequirementsYour responsibilities
- Ensuring that Ryde is continually learning from our data & analytics to guide strategy and roadmaps
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations for company wide reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested by the line manager using the appropriate tools
- Continuously improving systems / processes and data handling to remove manual processes and streamline working practices
- Provide analysis that supports decision making and adds value to the business where appropriate
- Encouraging a rigorous data culture throughout the organisation
You have
- A self starter attitude with an analytical mind and troubleshooter mindset
- Experience using Google Analytics, ReDash, SQL
- An ability to make complex data concepts easy to understand in conversation and in writing
- Proven ability to work with large volumes of data and extract actionable insights
- Strong in mathematical and analytical thinking and ability to quickly group items into categories and subcategories based on similarities, see patterns in data
- Strong numerical background (Math, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, Excel Macros, RegEx functions, …)
- Solid experience working in a data analyst role or similar
