We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze information and make decisions, together with the drive and determination to put them into action. You’ll be a technical and business minded person comfortable with data and complex problems on the one hand, but also have the communications skills to implement and explain changes effectively to teams. As we continue to grow and solve business challenges you will be a key player on influencing the technical direction of the team. Applicants should have a passion for, and be able to demonstrate experience in, solving problems/identifying opportunities using data. A background/ degree in mathematics, computer science, or a scientific discipline would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Development of Management information Dashboards/visualizations(Mainly using Tableau) to help support operational efficiencies, while ensuring data is accurate, timeline and relevantIdentify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes, Working closely with operational managers to define, agree , measure and publish key performance indicators to best demonstrate all aspects of team performanceAssist with the analysis and research of new requirements. This will involve working along side the Data science, Data engineering and project management teams. It is essential that you can multitask in a supportive, fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment and work quickly to master-detail under pressure. The ability to remain calm, and bring order to complex tasks with tight deadlines is essential. Define, structure and execute analysis to extract and summarize large amounts of complex data. Maintain operational and technical documentation and ensure all Reporting has detailed process documentsHandover functional solutions to the development team and validate that the technical solution proposed satisfies the outlined requirement
