Job description

As a Real Estate Data Analyst, you would join a team of Real Estate Site Analyst and another Real Estate Data Analyst that collect, maintain, manage, interpret, and analyze data received from internal data and external data sources. Along with the other Real Estate Data Analyst, you would consume, internalize, and operationalize this information and data, leveraging analytics to develop, support, and shape Real Estate, Acquisitions, and Enterprise strategy. The Real Estate Data Analyst also presents data, ideas and information in front business units to identify the opportunities and risks hence; they can take ideas and related information to make decisions for further benefits and success of the company in different areas.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of business experience with hands-on SQL experience, extracting and manipulating large data sets and tables and a deep understanding of business.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with R/SAS/SPSS and advanced analytic techniques preferred, but not required.
Will have the ability to distill detailed analysis to higher level insights and takeaways for multiple levels of the business. Excellent verbal and written skills.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science preferred, but not required.
