They are looking for an Operations Data Scientist, who will work intimately with the clinical operations team and across multiple product and technical teams in order to help them build the first digital general practice that can support millions of patients.

Your Role Is To

    • Construct models and deep analysis to solve key operational issues
    • Be the analytical powerhouse behind core operations projects (from origination to implementation) and create the required models and analysis to drive initiatives
    • Build a gold-standard suite of reports and dashboards that will be used to power the Clinical Operations business
    • Help build the foundational data infrastructure and analytics platform to assist data-driven teams within operations and across the company
    • Analyze and identify existing priority processes that need transforming or improvement, and then implement on your findings

Skills Required

    • Proficient in programming languages SQL and Python or R
    • Experience using visualization software packages such as Tableau
    • Experience building supervised and unsupervised machine learning models from scratch
    • Experience building models and dashboards to tight timelines
    • Experience embedding models and dashboards in operations to inform real-time business decisions
    • Experience working with data engineering to build databases
    • Experience communicating data science modeling techniques to different disciplines in order to effectively communicate modeling results
    • Previous experience working on short turn-around, analytical problems
    • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize
