Job description

As a member of Wellness research, you will help create electronic prototypes in a team with a diverse set of skills. Your responsibilities will include writing software to read sensors, transport data reliably, and analyze sensor signals to create and validate experiences for the next generation of Wellness products. You will gain valuable real-world experience working with a multi-disciplinary team of experienced engineers. You will confront interesting challenges in the domain of biosignal collection/processing with the end goal of improving people’s lives.

This position is a mix of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) engineering and software engineering.

Required Skills: strong proficiency in Python and/or C, basic familiarity with signal processing concepts

Optional background: Digital Signal Processing algorithms, embedded communication protocols like SPI and I2C, analog circuitry, TCP/UDP socket programming, multi-thread and multi-process programming, familiarity with plotting frameworks.

Education/Class Requirements: Bachelor’s or graduate student in Electrical Engineering or related field. Course concentration in programming or signal processing is a plus.
