Job description
As a Member Data Analyst (formerly Vendor Transition Analyst), you will be responsible for obtaining and loading member data files as part of an implementation. Member Data Transition facilitates the transfer of member data from an incumbent PBM to CVSH. You will be responsible for working with business and IT partners to coordinate the successful transfer and loading of electronic data files for our clients. You will provide hands on file transfer support including follow-up for a variety of initiatives undertaken by the Member Data Transition team within the client services operations department.
Additional Responsibilities Of The Member Data Transition Analyst Include
Client-facing with a professional business presence and acumen, as well as an understanding of the technical data requirements that will meet the client expectations.
Highly skilled with a hands-on ability to format, manipulate, and analyze very large data sets, all while maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while still achieving consistently timely and accurate results and must also be able to build on their knowledge and leverage team’s resources to accomplish task objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of analytical skills working with large data sets for trending/opportunity identification
- 3+ years experience working with clients
- 2+ years advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Proven ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimal travel (Less than 10%)
- Prior PBM experience extremely preferred
- Prior experience with Mainframe (RxClaim)
Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
