Slack is seeking a Sr Analyst to join the Sales BizOps team supporting Enterprise Sales & Customer Success. In this fast-paced role, you will work as a key partner in the Slack & Salesforce integration and support the company’s quota & capacity planning efforts. Specifically, this role will focus heavily on driving data-driven analyses exploring the operational impact and opportunities related to the Salesforce integration – in addition to involvement with headcount planning, systems operations, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Drive quota & capacity planning efforts, including modeling, reporting, and data organization outputted by multiple systems
- Analyze large datasets key to Slack’s Enterprise business model to parse insights, risks, opportunities and recommendations as part of critical Salesforce integration workstream
- Communicate solutions and recommendations confidently and effectively across Slack
- Build a consultative relationship across the organization, and meet with strategic partners that align with the highest priorities

Requirements:
- 2+ years of related work experience in an analytical capacity (e.g. technology, management consulting, investment banking, etc)
- Flexible to tackle various projects across broader Sales & CS Bizops team
- Ability to build clear and concise presentations
- Effective communication with peers and senior leaders
- Strong project management skills
