QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for applying sophisticated analytics to solve complex business problems
- Advanced skills in Machine learning programming/analytics (preferably Python and Tensorflow and/or PyTorch), with a clear commitment to quality and accuracy
- Theoretical understanding of, and experience with, statistical methods such as factor analysis and logistic regression, including selection of appropriate techniques to real-world data sets
- Experience with advanced machine learning methods such as CNN, RNN and/or attention networks; natural language processing methods such as word2vec, sentence encoders/decoders, processing large corpus
- Proficiency in SQL, including retrieving data from relational databases
- Understanding of software development principles, such as version control, testing, deployment
- Comfortable explaining principles and common problems to audiences without a technical background
- Integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
- Proactive self-starter with outstanding personal productivity skills
- Experience with production deployment using docker, knowledge of Kubernetes or similar would be a plus
- Comfortable operating with tools through the command line
