Would you like to join Fortune 5 company, CVS Health, as a part of our Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team? Under the supervision of the Director, the Senior Data Analyst will contribute to activities that support strategic decisions and processes by comparing data on program impact, SDoH resources, schedules, and partnerships to make sound business decisions. Ensure accurate reporting and analysis on a weekly basis to determine opportunities for growth, and measure program success. Support department resources through reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met. The Senior Data Analyst will develop efficient workflows for responding quickly to requests for programmatic data from internal and external stakeholders. S/he/they will work in a highly collaborative manner with business partners across the enterprise, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Assist team in measuring the impact of CVS Health’s wellness program, support efforts with data collection from internal and external sources, and share report 30%

Work with supplier partners on mobile schedules and event partners while ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met 20%

Develop data and analytics to be used to support strategic business decisions (yearly pull all data to determine markets/states to host mobile events, weekly data impact reports) 20%

Ensure mobile RV drivers/units are consistently meeting requirements and regulations 10%

Facilitate meetings with Vendors, capture notes and ensure follow-up 10%

Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders 10%

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: $ 43,700

Maximum: $ 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the following:

Knowledge of:

  • Data creation (SQL plus other, Excel)
  • Statistical relevance to public health
  • Data management

Skills In:

  • Data visualization – gathering data, finding patterns, and report creation

Ability To:

  • Simultaneously contribute to multiple complex projects while demonstrating appropriate prioritization, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Measurement of public health programs to include SDoH
  • Research or evaluation design related to health equity programs
  • Effectively communicate and present to senior leaders
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently

Education

Business Overview

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
