Position Overview
As HP positions ourselves as a “sustainable and just” technology company, there is continual work needed and growth required to back up this brand positioning. As the Sustainable Impact Tools Data Analyst the focus is on enabling the Sustainable Impact PMO to thrive. This role will be responsible for implementing SI data strategy, reporting and analytics, and automation. The person in this role will work closely with Enterprise Architect Team, Transformation Organization including Information Technology, Sustainable Impact Team and Sustainable Impact PMO to ensure E2E management of SI data across Supply Chain.
What You Would Be Doing

- Innovation and best practices
- Implement data architecture design and data quality standards
- Streamline ESG tool usage and operational processes, including self-service reporting capabilities, automated dashboards, and reliable data flows
- Manage interfaces with HP IT and enterprise architecture team, communicating needs, targeted outcomes, and estimating resourcing
- Support adoption of Agile ways of working across Sustainable Impact team and collaborating functions
- Manage program performance by analyzing operational data, deriving insights, and implementing automated solutions to drive operational process improvements
- Risk and Issue Management
- Proactively identify data and reporting risks and work with respective stakeholders to put mitigation plans in place

What You Will Bring

- First level university degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in automation of tools and process
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver)
- Demonstrated understanding of sustainability (plant, people, and community)
- Analytical and data modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Sharepoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation
- Developing Project Management Skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Proficient understanding of HP’s overall supply chain and sustainability strategy
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
