The Technology Onboarding Administrator is responsible for technology-related activities during the employee onboarding process to provide a seamless transition for incoming company employees.

What you will be doing:

  • Procure hardware and software and maintain inventory to meet business demands and ensure licensing compliance

  • Prepare PCs for deployment by applying the standard image, installing applications and updates, and readying for shipment

  • Provision telephone numbers and software licenses, partnering with vendors and department heads to manage licensing consumption

  • Verify enrollment and compliance of mobile devices with Microsoft Intune

  • Develop and maintain Windows Autopilot to enhance operational efficiencies with the provisioning process

  • Maintain corporate asset management system, develop reports, and collaborate with Accounting on fixed asset management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify technology needs and deliver solutions to reduce time to productivity for incoming employees

  • Collaborate with Human Resources on new hire orientation activities by maintaining documentation and responding to inquiries

  • Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel

  • Other skills related to building a career in information technology!

The education and experience they’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related study, or equivalent working experience

  • One (1) plus years experience working in a desktop support role supporting Windows 10, Office 365, and Adobe applications preferred

  • One (1) plus year of experience with PC imaging processes and applications preferred; experience with Microsoft AutoPilot is a plus

  • Experience operating within a ticketing system to track incidents and status of assigned tasks preferred; ServiceNow experience is a plus
